The book

Build a Business in 24 Hours

This isn't a book about dreaming of being an entrepreneur. It's about what you do next.

I'm writing it the way I'd explain it to you if we had a day together: what to decide first, what to ignore, what I got wrong the first few times, and what actually moves an idea toward a paying customer.

Build a Business in 24 Hours cover artwork with Christopher L. Penn.

What's in it

The method, and the stories behind it.

Everything in the book comes out of work I've actually done — building brands, naming companies, writing offers, setting prices, making websites, creating content, prospecting, handling objections, closing, delivering, and then building the systems so it all happens again next month without me holding it together by hand.

You'll get the stories along with the method, including the parts that didn't work. I've changed direction more than once. That's part of business, and pretending otherwise would make this a worse book.

I use AI to help me organize, edit and fact-check. The substance — the stories, the opinions, the experience, the teaching — is mine. You should be able to hear me on every page.

Chapter list and release date aren't final yet.

Rather than guess, I'll publish the outline here once it's locked. If you want to see it as it happens, follow the build.
